Preparing your test…
Display class is an estimate based on CSS width, not a measurement of physical size or panel technology.
Test inputs stay in your browser. Only personal-best scores and keyboard preferences are saved locally; nothing is uploaded.
How to use this test
Open this page to read the values your browser reports. Screen size describes the display in CSS pixels, while viewport size describes the usable page area. Resize the browser or rotate your device to watch the viewport and orientation update. Use Copy information to copy the displayed report to your clipboard.
Device pixel ratio relates CSS pixels to device pixels and can change with browser zoom or display scaling. Multiplying the CSS dimensions by this ratio is not always a reliable measurement of a panel’s native resolution. Display class is a rough estimate based on width, not a claim about screen size in inches, panel technology or refresh rate.
Frequently asked questions
Why are screen and viewport sizes different?
The viewport excludes browser chrome and can occupy only part of the screen. It also changes when you resize the window.
Does this identify OLED or LCD?
No. Browsers do not reliably expose panel technology, and this tool does not guess it.
