How to use this test
Clean the screen gently and choose a comfortable brightness before starting. Press Start Fullscreen Test, then look across each solid color for a dot that stays dark or bright. Click, tap or use the arrow keys to move between colors. Check the corners and edges as well as the center; dust and reflections can resemble a pixel defect.
Press Escape to exit. On a touch device, press and hold the screen to finish. If fullscreen is unavailable, the test uses the browser window, so browser bars and other uncovered areas cannot be inspected. This is a visual check only: the page does not automatically locate defects, measure panel uniformity or repair pixels. Compare a suspected spot across several colors before drawing a conclusion.
